AM & PM: Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
Arrive at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK), where you’ll be welcomed by either a Navigo representative or a uniformed transfer service driver. Join one of the scheduled transfers to the hotel in Sonoma Wine Country, your home for the week. For those arriving independently, hotel check-in begins in the early afternoon. Take time to settle into your accommodations, explore the hotel grounds, or relax with a refreshing drink.
PM: Tour Briefing & Welcome Pickleball Session
Following check-in and some free time to unpack or grab a light bite, your hosts will gather the group for a comprehensive tour briefing. This session will outline the week’s pickleball schedule, winery visits, and optional activities, setting the stage for a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Feel free to ask questions and get to know your fellow travelers.
Afterward, head to the hotel’s onsite pickleball courts for a casual social play session. This is the perfect opportunity to stretch your legs after travel, meet fellow participants on the court, and warm up your game. Rachael Kroog will be on hand for tips and light coaching.
PM: Welcome Dinner – Chef-Inspired Culinary Experience
As evening arrives, gather for a special Welcome Dinner hosted onsite at the hotel. Savor a chef-inspired, plated meal highlighting the region’s finest seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully paired with select Sonoma wines.
