We recently returned from our foreign tour in Italy and Greece organized by Navigo Sports Tours, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Brad and Michael handled everything with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. The planning process was seamless with clear communication, quick responses to our questions, and helpful suggestions that made our itinerary even better than we imagined. During the trip, every arrangement ran smoothly. Our transportation was reliable, accommodations were comfortable and well-located, and the guided tours were both informative and engaging. We never had to worry about logistics, which allowed us to fully enjoy the cultural experiences and make unforgettable memories. Outside of our scheduled itinerary, we had the time and flexibility to go off the beaten path and explore alternate parts of the cities we visited during our free time. Additionally, our tour guides, Naomi and Vicky, were so knowledgeable and friendly. They really helped make the trip special for everyone in our travel party. We will absolutely be using Navigo Sports Tours for our next tour, and highly recommend them if you're thinking of taking your team on a foreign tour!

The touring part of the trip was good. If this were a group of college students looking to tour Rome and Milan, it was fine. A few players said the highlight of the trip was the water park they got to go to after missing their flight. They wanted to swim in Lake Como, but didn't have time or opportunity.
The players should have been able to get into the hotel to change clothes and freshen prior to the first day tour after a red eye where few of them slept - the seats were incredibly tight and difficult to get comfortable in. I would not recommend a red eye again.
The team meals were fair - too much plain veal and plain pasta when there were so many other wonderful options. I did not have a bad meal at any restaurant where I chose from the menu. The last day to Lake Como/Bellagio should have been an all day trip, even if it meant getting an extra driver. The girls had only an hour in Bellagio and while the 3.5 hour boat tour around the lake was nice - I had a seat on the rail, some players were standing - we should have been at the gym at least an hour prior to our only match (and have fed the players).
The sport team part could have been better. Practice facilities and connection with club teams should have been made months prior to the trip and we should have been aware of options ahead of time. I confess that I was hired in February and wasn't part of the planning, so don't know all the back story. I've taken 4 teams on trips to Mexico, Costa Rico, and Nicaragua and those trips were much more volleyball focused. This could have been presented more as a touring trip.
Our tour guides were incredibly nice and helpful when it came to excursion options.

We got to see and experience so many amazing things on this trip. There was something for everyone from historical tours to volcanos to zip lining to waterfalls to ocean beaches! Getting to see sloths and monkeys was pretty cool too. Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, they really made the trip run smoothly.

Thank you Brad and Navigo Sports Tours for an extremely well planned trip/vacation! All went well. I could go on and on but certainly will highlight the aspects that stand out and are most appreciated. I will start with our two tour guides Naomi and Vicky. There are not two other people that I would/could have appreciated more for the job they did. Their patience, respect, personalities and experience was everything and exactly what our group needed. Following the experience of them, they have set a bar that will be difficult to meet and/or surpass.
I am completely satisfied with the planning and organization of all events planned. Nothing fell through the cracks or was overlooked. Logistics, travel passes, tickets, transportation, meals, etc. Everything was considered, planned and covered. The hotels and restaurants selected were satisfactory plus. It was a great trip and there is nothing substantive to complain about. I would willingly use Navigo again if needed.

Had a great trip. Guides Martin and Javier were excellent.
On flight day home there was an incident at the airport and we couldn’t take off as scheduled. Navigo staff facilitated replacement flights and kept groups together for travel home.
