  Full-time Tour Directors assigned to your team for the duration of the trip and available to answer questions, handle emergencies, etc.

• Guided Tours/Activities

  All guided tours/activities (including entrance fees) to cultural/historic sites, museums, games and sports related expenses, and other points of interest as listed are included throughout the tour

• Ground Transportation

  All ground transportation costs upon arrival (including fuel surcharges, tolls, and parking)

• Accommodations

  Accommodation each night at 3 & 4-star equivalent properties. NOTE: the default rooming assignment is to pair you with your listed travel companion(s), although the organizer has final say.

• Select Meals each day

  Breakfast + lunches or dinners

  Navigo Sweepstakes Fundraiser (free vacations to London, French Alps and Puerto Rico)

• Soccer Expenses

  All soccer related expenses

All guests are automatically included in the activities and sightseeing planned by Navigo. Please remember that there will be a lot of walking and physical activity. The trip cost remains the same if guests choose not to participate in the daily activities and excursions.

• Gratuity

  Tips for Navigo Tour Directors, bus drivers, and/or local guides. Please save $3-$5 per day for your fulltime tour directors.

• Incidentals

  All incidentals including but not limited to, phone calls, laundry, shopping, and additional sightseeing not on the itinerary

• Travel Insurance

  Travel Insurance is available through our partner, Travel Insured International, at an additional cost.

Signing up for your tour is easy. Our team have created an online team tour page that is now live. Through this custom link, guests can access tour information, including registration details, itinerary information, payment processing, and more. 

Upon signup, a $300 deposit is due immediately. The final payment is normally due 60-90 days prior to the trip departure date. The remaining 1-3 payments will be distributed in between. Refer to your team’s account for scheduled payment dates. For more information, refer to our website.

Group, student and individual policy options are available through our partners at Travel Insured International.  Baggage lost or damaged, trip delay/cancelation, medical, and cancel for any reason coverage options are available.

Reasons to consider coverage:

• You have to cancel your trip due to an unexpected event such as inclement weather, an illness in the family, involuntary job loss or the financial default of your airline, cruise line or tour operator.*

• You have to return home early due to an unexpected emergency such as an illness or death in the family.

• Your luggage is delayed, forcing you to purchase necessary essentials or prescription medications.

• Your baggage is damaged or stolen.

• You become ill or injured when traveling.

• You need an emergency medical evacuation due to an acute or life threatening illness.

• You run into flight delays and miss a portion of your trip.

• You lose your passport, leaving you stranded abroad.

• Optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. Must be purchased within 21 days of paying your trip deposit!

The Navigo Sports Tours Sweepstakes is a fundraising program designed specifically for teams, clubs, and organizations traveling with Navigo. It allows each group to generate thousands of dollars in fundraising by selling sweepstakes entries to family, friends, and supporters. The program is simple to execute, offers outstanding travel prizes, and requires no upfront financial commitment from participating teams.

Each year, Navigo hosts one drawing, held on June 30th, where three grand prize winners are selected. All participating groups nationwide contribute to the same drawing pool. The winners have 90 days to claim and schedule their trip.
